Hello and welcome to the tribe. I am Calinda, a mother of five, a grandmother of three, and someone who has lived through and continues to navigate the challenges of C-PTSD, agoraphobia, severe panic disorder, and being late-diagnosed AuDHD (autistic and ADHD).
I know first-hand what it’s like to struggle with mental health, neurodivergence, and physical health issues. I also share this journey with my children, two of whom are also AuDHD.
Through my personal experiences — including the trauma of losing my father to suicide, domestic violence, and ongoing physical ailments — I’ve developed a passion for raising awareness and breaking the stigma
surrounding mental health, neurodivergence, and disabilities.
This is why I have created this space. Inclusive Spirits Tribe is more than just a clothing brand. It’s a movement to create visibility, start conversations, and foster understanding and acceptance for those living with these challenges. Our clothing features empowering designs and affirming statements, meant to inspire, educate, and create a safe space for everyone who feels misunderstood.
